The following home instructions are those people who want to make a Lavender Hair Rinse:  Use one cup of bruised lavender flowers in 2 cups of boiling water. Cover, and simmer for at least 15 minutes. Strain and pour into a container. Rinse through hair after shampooing and thoroughly rinsing out any traces of soap. Style as usual.
